Caption:	Collared wolf at Tower Junction
Notes:	Wolf had a location collar on. Appeared to initially be eating something small, but moved on and crossed the road. Moved with no difficulty through the snow. Did not seem concerned about vehicles. This wolf did not have any other wolves with him/her. DID NOT scratch itself while we observed.
